Upora grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased digital content solely for personal educational use through the platform.

You may:

• access purchased courses during the available access period
• view lessons and materials within your account
• use the content for your own personal learning

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials
• record, download unlawfully, or share videos, PDFs, subtitles, or translations
• resell, sublicense, publish, or upload content to third-party platforms
• use the content for commercial training, internal company use, or group access unless expressly authorized in writing

All course content, including videos, text, PDFs, graphics, subtitles, translations, structure, and platform materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the respective rights holder and/or Upora where applicable.

Upora may provide AI-generated translations, subtitles, and localized materials.

• These localized versions are licensed for use only within the Upora platform
• They may not be copied, exported, reused, or redistributed outside the platform
• Upora reserves rights in platform-created translations and localization assets

Access to content may be limited by the product settings selected on the platform, including time-limited access or lifetime access where explicitly stated.

When the access period ends, the license to access that content also ends unless otherwise specified.

If you violate this Licensing Agreement, Upora may:

• suspend or terminate your account
• revoke access to purchased content
• remove associated licenses without refund
• take further legal action where appropriate

This license grants access rights only. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the user.
